License Statistics cannot reliably gather data for applications that run for seconds up to a few minutes (such as compilers), because License Statistics takes snapshots of license usage at regular intervals, the shortest of which is every 2 minutes. Therefore, although you can see the application runtime in FLEXlm logs, you may not see the data in the License Statistics reports.
