To download the latest version of your X-Formation product:

1. Log into http://support.x-formation.com using the username and password you originally received from X-Formation at the email address associated with your account.
   
2. After logging in, select the product to download and click Request Download.
3. As soon as your download is ready, we will send you an email with the download link. Note: Fulfilling your download request may take up to 24 hours, so please be patient. Requesting the download multiple times will not expedite the process, and may result in your account being blocked.
4. Download links are valid for up to 72 hours. If your download link has expired, repeat steps 1 and 2 to request another download link.
