The lmutil utility is specific to FLEXlm/FlexNet and is distributed by Flexera Software or your vendor.
You must use lmutil v9.2 or newer with License Statistics. (You can check your lmutil version on Windows in the file Properties.) You can request a download of the newest lmutil version from http://www.globes.com/support/fnp_utilities_download.htm and place it in the C:\Program Files\X-Formation\License Statistics directory.
