The error "Error getting status: Invalid returned data from license server system. (-12,16)" indicates that the FlexNet server you are trying to monitor is incorrectly configured. You must have a working license server setup to monitor the server.

This is not a License Statistics issue, but rather a FlexNet server configuration issue. Please contact your server administrator or your application vendor for help resolving this issue.
