How do I report a problem with License Statistics?

If you have a problem with License Statistics, please report it to X-Formation Support. In order to help us investigate the problem quickly, we will need the following information.

In all cases, pack and send us the following logs, along with a problem description:

  • The License Statistics log directory (found in your License Statistics installation directory).

  • The License Statistics web application error log, saved as a CSV file. To do this, go to the Error Log page under the Administration tab. To save the error log as a comma-separated file, click Save As on the grid and choose CSV.
In addition to sending us the packed log files, we may request the following, depending on the type of problem you're having:
  • When reporting an issue with the License Statistics web application, try to attach a screenshot containing URL and browser information.

  • When reporting a data migration problem, ask our support for an FTP account where you can upload your database for a problem reproduction.

  • When reporting an import log problem, attach the import log.
The more information we receive, the easier it will be for us to identify and resolve your problem.
