If pages are not displaying well in Internet Explorer on Windows Server 2003 or 2008, you may need to disable Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration (IE ESC).

By default, IE ESC is enabled to decrease the possibility of potential attacks to your server via Web content and application scripts. However, using IE ESC may also impair the display and performance of web applications such as License Statistics.

For further information and instructions on disabling IE ESC for administrators and users, refer to the Microsoft documentation at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/815141.
