License Statistics version 3.6 includes over 100 enhancements and fixes. Most of these new features and changes were made in response to customer feedback. For more information about how we incorporate customer feedback into our development process, see our Knowledgebase article, "Customer-driven development."

The enhancements and fixes made in this release are detailed below.

Enhancements

License Statistics v3.6 includes the following enhancements.

LICSTAT-1255	Ability to completely manage user and host groups from the web application.
LICSTAT-402	Ability to calculate feature utilization on an hourly basis.
LICSTAT-655	Allow sharing of links in web application.
LICSTAT-841	Add Usage Per User report.
LICSTAT-1119	Add User Activity per Feature report. This report shows a complete log of activity for the feature during whole day or, if a specific time is selected, displays a list of users that had a license checked out at the specified time.
LICSTAT-875	Improve history page to show weekly, quarterly, and yearly statistics in addition to monthly statistics.
LICSTAT-900	Display data from import log in grid.
LICSTAT-1194	Usage History and Utilization History have been split into two pages and made consistent with Report pages.
LICSTAT-1255	Data in Usage Per User report can now be filtered by user/host group.

LICSTAT-1269	Invalid role names in Role column in User Management page.
LICSTAT-1284	Change default action for Enter key in Edit feature pop-up from cancel to submit.
LICSTAT-1286	FlexNet parser doesn't parse license server data.
LICSTAT-1287	If you import a broken log file with the same filename twice, License Statistics tries to import the second file multiple times.
LICSTAT-1289	Allow import of multiple session log files.
LICSTAT-1291	Row number column doesn't resize when grid contains 1000 or more rows.
LICSTAT-1292	Enabling/disabling authentication in Administration page was improved. You must now save changes if the setting is changed, and enabling authentication brings up the login page where the user must enter valid login and password to continue using the system.
LICSTAT-1294	Improve alert that displays when adding license server more than once.
LICSTAT-1295	Add a warning for when License Statistics finds an invalid license file.
LICSTAT-1296	Fix bug in Usage Per User report.
LICSTAT-1306	Show appropriate data for imported license servers on Usage History page.
LICSTAT-1310	When attempting to open a link to a License Statistics page and you are not logged in, after logging in the browser should open the link.
LICSTAT-1324	Two sessions accessing the same feature by the same user caused conflicts in Realtime Usage grid.
LICSTAT-1329	From Denials page, switching to a feature without denials resulted in incorrect display.
LICSTAT-1331	Wrong message when deleting user.
LICSTAT-1339	Error in Utilization grid when no data is available.
LICSTAT-1346	Incorrect gathering type shown on License Server page.
