When running License Statistics with an external MySQL database, you may see the following error:
"Lost connection to MySQL server during query"
This message indicates that your MySQL server settings should be adjusted. Please see recommended settings in our Knowledgebase article, Settings for using an external MySQL database with License Statistics. More information can be found in the MySQL reference manual.
