Yes, License Statistics can decrypt FLEXlm log files. License Statistics needs a special import mode license to be capable to import FLEXnet Licensing Report Log files. Please contact us if you are interested in the functionality.
After the data is imported it is viewable on a browser and available to generate reports upon.
