When using FLEXlm 11.5, every time you add a license file, you must run "lmpath -add citrix licensefile_full_path." Otherwise, LMSTAT will fail to function. For example:

lmpath -add citrix "C:\Program Files\Citrix\Licensing\MyFiles\10 XenApp Platinum.lic"
