Yes, this is done in the License Statistics configuration file, xflicstat.cfg.

To specify redundant FLEXlm/FlexNet servers, edit the line FLEXNET_SERVER. For example: FLEXNET_SERVER = port1@server1;port2@server2;port3@server3.
