You may see an error similar to the following in your License Statistics log file when monitoring Sentinel LM/Sentinel RMS or IBM LUM servers:

[2008-07-30 08:56:00] WARNING: Problem occurred while running external statistics utility for 192.168.1.194!

To fix this error, make sure that the query tool is enabled in the License Statistics configuration file. For example, for IBM LUM, you must enable I4BLT_PATH.
