The highest total license usage entry in xflicstat.log looks like the following:
NOTICE: Highest total license usage: 126 users!
This log entry shows the greatest number of total users who are using
the applications being monitored in the past 14 days. This count is used to ensure that you have sufficient licensing for the number of users you are monitoring. The count is determined as follows:
- Each individual user running a given application counts as one user.
-
Any number of instances of a given application running on a single machine counts as one user.
-
Instances of a given application running on multiple machines are counted for each machine.
- All user
counts are added together, which gives you the highest total user count.
