You may see an error in your Sentinel license manager debug log similar to the following:
Sentinel LM: Error[0xc8001008]: Unable to talk to host "kapur-lic1". Communication problems?? Contacting Sentinel LM server on host "kapur-lic1"] Press Enter to continue . . .
This error has nothing to do with License Statistics, but rather indicates that your monitoring client is unable to communicate with your server. This may indicate that the lsmon tool and the license server are not the same version. Please talk with your application vendor to resolve this, after which License Statistics should work as expected.
