The resources required to run License Statistics depends on the number of license servers you are monitoring.

For larger installations with many license servers, you should have 4 GB of RAM and a fast CPU, preferably with 2 or more cores. For smaller installations, 2 GB of RAM is sufficient. Additionally, be sure you have enough disk space to for a data gathered in a database.
