Yes, X-Formation's License Statistics Usage Client allows you to monitor standalone licenses with License Statistics. The Usage Client is a License Statistics add-on for Windows only.

The Usage Client works in conjunction with an LM-X license server. The standalone client applications are rerouted to the LM-X license server, which starts License Statistics to monitor the standalone application usage. This process is transparent to the end user of the standalone application. You can configure the Usage Client to control behaviors such as what action to take when the usage client fails to acquire a license from the license server, whether to enable automatic license server discovery, etc.
